Back. Had a good rehearsal with my band. I think we’ll do ok @ festival this year, which will be GREAT for me… because it means I can leave out on a high note.

What else has been up ? I think I have about .30 in my bank account. Missing days from work HURTS.

Anyway…. things have been interesting. I won’t hit all of the details on here (maybe in a private entry or something), but I’m single again… for now. It wasn’t a bad ending…. and maybe it’s not even an ending… but for now, I’m riding solo.

Either the Lord is holding and comforting me, or it really hasn’t hit me yet.

It figures. The one time I try to do stuff right for real, the one time I trust completely…. I still end up back at square one…. or maybe it’s square one on a different game board. I don’t know right now.

In any case, the time I now have ‘alone’ has a purpose – get my life in order spiritually and financially so that I may become a better man of God and show myself capable of leading a family, ministry, etc….

Speaking of ministry, things are looking good for First Friday Talks (see the front page of the site for details). Pastor and a few other folks seem to like the idea. I submitted a formal proposal…. so now, I’m waiting.

I need a few minutes before my next class. I’m out for now.
