Seriously. I have a ton of things to write on, but we’re coming down to the home stretch before the 8611 EP and I’m trying my best to get some more material ready.

But I’ve found some really good stuff, so without further ado….

Daniel Phillips and LaShawn Barber hit us with the one-two-three punch : First, a left and right hook courtesy of LaShawn Barber‘s two great articles on abortion (I love it when women speak out here): First, this one in her blog, then her town hall essay here. Daniel lands the death blow with a Biblical examination of abortion.

Matt at Faith and Practice gives us part 2 of What God is Looking for in a Pastor.

John Mark (among other folks) talks about a priest preaching Sola Fide to….THE POPE ?!?!?!??. You must see the article (HT: James White for the initial post) and read the quotes yourself. There’s some of that remnant in Rome…..

Kevin Jones gives us a link to some great theology resources online. Go visit.

Tom at Foedus Gratiae posts a SPECTACULAR defense of particular redemption (limited atonement for all you calvinist-haters). The title, Limited Atonement: Our Only Hope in Evangelism, is thought provoking on its’ own. Read the post with an open Bible.

and finally:

Denny Burk posts a few thoughts on (and gives us a link to) Doug Wilson’s firebombing of Brian McLaren‘s inability to define homosexuality as sin. Wilson may be off in a lot of areas nowadays…. but he’s right on point here. I may disagree with him, but I respect him. This one’s another must read.

Off to make music. :)
