As you can see by the time of this post (2:10 am EST as I type this), I’m up late working. In fact, working has been a staple in my life as of late. I’ve updated the main site so be sure to visit and check out the latest Thinking Biblically Commentary. I’ve even learned (with some software help) how to set up a podcast for it, so now there’s an easier way for you to get it.

I’ve got a really, REALLY nasty, headache-inducing cough that’s been plaguing me since…. February…of last year…. (yes, I’m one of those men who takes forever to go to the doctor) and it’s really jacking up my voice and sometimes making it difficult for a brother to flow properly through whole sections of a rhyme. Keep me in prayer on it. My prescription is waiting for me at CVS, but it’s only some heavy-duty expectorant cough medicine with codeine and it’ll knock me out (so I can only take it at night).

Meanwhile, you’ll be happy to know that I am approximately sixteen bars away from having five songs done for the EP. Lord willing, I’ll be able to knock those out over the weekend (especially considering one of the songs on the EP, I just wrote over the last 24 hours!….AND created the music for it!) and lay down everything the way I want between now and Wednesday.

Again, the EP will be FREE. Four tracks and an intro, no charge. All designed to teach and educate.
